Cynthia McCauley
Chief Executive Officer

Cynthia McCauley is responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, financial and future growth for Tenet Florida Physician Services, one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in South Florida. McCauley has been with Tenet Healthcare for 17 years, having begun her Tenet career as the director of finance for Delray Medical Center. Under her leadership, TFPS has grown exponentially to over 188 providers and 700 employees, providing care for over 536,000 patients annually across the communities of Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Her continued success is demonstrated through numerous awards including four Tenet Circle of Excellence Awards for demonstrating the highest levels of success in quality, service and operational performance. Prior to joining TFPS, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, West Boca Medical Center and North Ridge Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. Before coming to Tenet, she was the regional director of finance at Coral Springs Medical Center for 11 years. McCauley holds an MBA in Finance from Long Island University and a BA in Foreign Language from Adelphi University.


 

Edward Anim-Addo, M.D., F.A.C.P.   
Chief Medical Officer

As the Chief Medical Officer of Tenet Florida Physician Services, Dr. Edward Anim-Addo provides leadership to help ensure the highest levels of patient care and medical quality throughout the organization.  With over 20 years of experience as a practicing clinician and a physician leader, Dr. Addo provides a unique perspective. 

Before joining TFPS in 2008, Dr. Addo practiced medicine in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He was director of TriCounty Health Group a PHC-CHC serving three counties in suburban and rural Mississippi.  He was an attending physician in the Department of Internal Medicine at River Region Health Systems (RRHS) and at  Vicksburg Clinic Internal Medicine and Promise Specialty Hospital of Vicksburg. 
         
Dr. Anim-Addo served for five years as a consultant physician in Industrial Medicine for the
Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Engineer Research and Development Center in Vicksburg. He served on the RRHS Medical Advisory Board, the RRHS Board of Trustees and was co-chairman of the TRIAD Hospital Systems RRHS Physician Leadership Group.

He has served on multiple hospital and clinic-based committees with interests encompassing
amongst others, performance and quality improvement.
           
Dr. Addo earned his medical degree from the School of Medical Sciences at the University of
Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana. He completed postgraduate training in Internal Medicine
at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He is a Fellow of the American College of
Physicians and a Foundation Fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons.  


 

Heather Woolf, RN
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Heather Woolf is responsible for the daily operations of the practice and its ancillary services as well as performance improvement initiatives.

Woolf joined Tenet Florida Physician Services in 2013 as the Chief Development Officer responsible for the growth of the various specialty practices. In that role she developed and executed successful market development strategies to grow practice volume. She also led the physician development and marketing team and under her leadership, the team won numerous industry awards. Prior to joining TFPS, Woolf served as the Associate Administrator – Director of Business Development at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. There she was responsible for business growth, sales and physician recruitment.

Woolf is a licensed Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience in both acute care and outpatient settings.
