Dr. Joseph Ricotta was interviewed on TV news discussing elective surgeries resuming

In an interview with WPEC CBS 12 News, Dr. Joseph Ricotta, vascular surgeon, said a lot of vascular ailments can be fixed as an outpatient procedure.
