Experienced vascular surgeon joins Tenet Florida Cardiovascular Care in West Palm Beach

Delray Beach, Fla. – September 9, 2019 – Keith Jones. MD, FACS, RPVI, a vascular and endovascular surgeon, has joined Tenet Florida Cardiovascular Care (TFCC) and opened his practice in West Palm Beach, FL. Dr. Jones is certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery in West Palm Beach, FL. Dr. Jones is certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Jones specializes in minimally invasive endovascular therapy, aortic and peripheral aneurysms, carotid/cerebrovascular disease, peripheral arterial disease (PAD)/limb salvage, renal/mesenteric disease and dialysis access. Dr. Jones is on-staff at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach.

Prior to joining TFCC, Dr. Jones worked as a vascular surgeon at Mercy Medical Group, a service of Dignity Health Foundation located in Carmichael, CA.

For his education and training, Dr. Jones completed a vascular surgery fellowship at Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY. In addition, Dr. Jones also finished his residency in general surgery at Loyola University Medical Center located in Maywood, IL. He graduated medical school from the university of Connecticut School of Medicine, Farmington, CT.

Throughout his medical career, Dr. Jones has committed time to advancing the field of vascular and endovascular surgery medicine through the research he published in several medical journals including the American Journal of Surgery, Surgery (Journal), Journal of Vascular Surgery and Annals of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Jones has also participated as a lecturer on carotid disease, peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and as a guest panelist at VAST 3, a Vascular Techniques and Technology Meeting in Saratoga Springs, NY, where Dr. Jones presented: “Difficult Endovascular Thoracic Aortic Cases.” Dr. Jones also participated as a guest lecturer at vascular symposiums in Sacramento, CA, and served as an assistant professor of vascular surgery at the University of Miami.

Dr. Jones is a member of the Tenet Florida Heart & Vascular Network, American College of Surgeons, Society for Vascular Surgery and the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery. During his medical career, Dr. Jones served as a volunteer at My Brother’s Keeper Initiative and Habitat for Humanity. Dr. Jones has been practicing medicine since 2011. His native language is English and he has basic competence in understanding and communicating in Spanish.
